Data You Provide
When you use a search form, the name, phone number, or address you enter is sent to the third-party search provider that supplies the results. We do not keep a separate copy of those searches on our own servers. If you send us a message, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond.
Data Collected Automatically
Our hosting systems collect routine server-log data, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps. We review that information in aggregate to maintain the site and understand which pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, when applicable, advertising measurement.
What We Do With This Data
We use the data described above to operate the site, troubleshoot issues, measure traffic, and improve page content. We do not sell visitor lists. We also do not build individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to government portals, county and state records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each outside site has its own privacy policy, and information you submit there is governed by that site's rules. Sponsored search results are provided by a third-party company, not by Chino People Search.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers may process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
How We Protect Your Data
The site is delivered over an encrypted connection. Server logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Because we do not offer user accounts, this site does not hold your account password or personal profile.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor sent personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of certain uses of personal information under the California CCPA/CPRA, Civil Code section 1798.100 et seq. Public records access in California is governed separately by the California Public Records Act, Cal. Gov. Code section 7920.000 et seq. Because we hold very little visitor data, most requests are limited to searching our contact mailbox and server logs and deleting what we can. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Chino, San Bernardino County, or California offices are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian office.
